Coordinated School Health & Family Resource Center

Our Coordinated School Health and Family Resource Center is dedicated to bridging the gap between wellness and education. By integrating health services, mental health support, and essential family resources, we address the "whole child" to ensure every student arrives in the classroom healthy, safe, and ready to learn. Whether providing medical referrals or connecting families with community assistance, we serve as a vital link between home, school, and health, fostering a community where every family has the support they need to succeed.
