Print and fill out the "OSSD Application for Out of District Students" form and turn it in to Central Office at 476 Church Street, Oneida, TN 37841 or email to jphillips@oneidaschools.org. You may also see how many spots are left open in each grade by clicking on "Open Enrollment Spots."
