Conditioning Gymnasium
Dear Sir:
I am following up on your request for a proposal to air condition
the High School Gym, Phases of the project and the time required are estimated
as follows:
Design – 60
Days
TN Fire
Marshal Review – 30 Days +
Bidding for
Construction Bids – 30 Days
Construction
-Procure
Materials – 60 Days
-Installation
– 30 Days
Based upon past similar projects, I believe the preferred
design solution will be a roof top unit to be located above the locker
room/dressing room areas and exposed ducts in the gym. The estimated construction cost of this
project is $225,000.00.
We propose to provide all required Architectural and
Engineering Services for the fee of six percent (6%) of the cost of
construction.
