Class rules:

1.       Follow directions the first time.

2.       Respect others – pay attention when others are speaking.

3.       Come to class prepared and be in your seat when the tardy bell rings.

 

*Consequences are the same as the handbook.

 

 

Grading policies:

The grades are determined by four components with each counting 25% of the total grade.  These components are:  tests/quizzes, daily grades, journals, and projects.

 

Class projects:

Each grading period your child will be responsible for the completion of a project.  The project will be discussed during the first week of the new grading period.  An information letter will be sent home for you which will contain information relevant to the project and due dates.

 

Materials:

Your child will need two folders for class.  These will be kept in the classroom for daily work and journals.

 

Each group will need a different color folder.  Please check below for what color folder your child will need.

 

7-1       Blue                                         7-2 Orange

7-3       Red                                         7-4 Green

7-5 Purple
